We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.

Even though we requested a change of linen by putting a Hilton instruction card on the bed, the cleaning staff refused to do so. He or she even threw the card on the ground pretending not to heed the request.
This was blatant dereliction of duty.
