The room is fully equipped and clean. the hot springs is very nice. Breakfast is very healthy. Overall experience is great .

The room was clean. You could choose your pillow and the pajamas were comfortable. The bath was not only in the room but also in the hot spring, which was nice and there were plenty of amenities. Breakfast was free and you could choose it. There were several types of smartphone chargers, which was convenient. They also kept my luggage for the day after I checked out, which was helpful. I was mostly satisfied, but it was a shame that the TV reception was poor. Basically, I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The location is very good, there is a bus stop downstairs. You can go to the art gallery. The tourist center is right opposite the hotel downstairs. There is a 24-hour supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There is also a McDonald's very close by!

Overall it's good, except that girls spend less time soaking in hot springs.

It was a little disappointing that the bedding was dirty. But they fixed it right away, which was good. It was a shame that there were spider webs on the outside of the window.

The location of Towada is relatively remote. I wanted to go to Oirase, but in the end I found that it is actually more convenient to take the bus from Hachinohe.
