Peaceful Pool Home Near Airport Heated pool

This is an excellent property. The air conditioning works well. The staff had cleaned the house thoroughly. The stone near the drive needs repair. The dining room furniture is a bit threadbare and the table shows scuffs. The house is all equipped, especially for coffee; there was a Keuig, regular coffee pot, and an electric kettle. The list of amenities matched the contents of the house exactly. The property is minutes away from the airport. We would stay here again.

The host was very responsive answering my questions before my trip began. The host even made a point to contact me verbally when the previous guest left the property damaged prior to our arrival making it very difficult for the host to get the place fixed and cleaned prior to our check in time. The host worked very hard to make sure the property was fixed and cleaned before we got there, including having the pool vacuumed and cleaned for us! When we arrived the damage was fixed and the place was spotless, you couldn’t even tell any damage was done! The property was continently located for all our trips to tourist destinations. The pool was clean and heated! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. I would highly recommend this property as being a great place to stay for large families!

Host was very responsive and helpful in advance when I made a scheduling snafu. Stay was seamless with no need to contact the host. Family enjoyed the spacious layout with room for everyone. The pool was a hit after a day at Busch Gardens.

If we could rate 5 stars plus we would! Very nice comfortable and spacious. We will be back for sure. Family time at its finest. Thank you to our host! Wonderful amenities very nice neighborhood. Neighborhood park a plus.

House was very clean and plenty of space for 5. Good location within 30 minutes of USF and downtown.

Home away from home Location near airport was ideal for us. Basic items for every day living were available. Access to a pool was enjoyed.
