Continue to the sundeck and dock where you can jump right in or bring a fishing pole to while away the afternoon casting a line. There is ample parking for cars and trailers in the driveway for you and your guests. Although you will feel like you are far from civilization, the town of Hiawassee is less than one mile away. In town, you will find grocery shopping, Starbucks, and many quaint specialty shops and restaurants including a local coffee house and ice cream shop. If you’ve never been to this area, there’s something for everyone. Just a few of things to consider are: • 3 golf courses within a 30-minute drive. • If you like walking or hiking, you have plenty of choices.
