Pro: Hotel has a great lake view, great meals, great services and free transport sapporo.
Cons: Room temperature cannot adjust, and humidity device not available like other hotel.

You can see the history of this hotel. The hot springs is amazing. The buffet quality is just fine.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed in Japan. Trust me, never ever stay here. The room sucks, very rundown & smelly. All staff are good but still no to this hotel. Food was so lousy too. Only lobby was impressive nothing else. It was a nightmare even though for just one night.

Comfortable hotel, great view of Lake Toya right in front of the hotel. Huge buffet with plenty of variety. Recommended for a stay at Lake Toya.

The onsen is top notch and the included meals have abundant options and the quality is reasonable. Fantastic views of Lake Toya and the underground arcade is really fun

Hotel is old and not renew yet, the lobby was great (just that) the room I stay was okay 'japanese modern style’ (hotel provide me the wrong room so I have seen another room-type (western room) was very very old and stinky bad smell)).Dinner and breakfast is buffet good for your group but for individual travel is very loudsy and not private.The morning view is very nice.
