"One of the more affordable onsen hotel along the lake. Small on price but definitely did not compromise on comfort and quality. Dated building but the bed and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was full of options and delicision I stayed in a single room facing the mountain. Even though it was along the road, it was not noisy. Simple onsen, perfect for the cold weather Just outside the bus stop. The free fireworks displayed right in front of the hotel. One minus... Like many older onsen hotels in Japan, the carpets are dusty. It triggered my sneezing and I don't usually get allergic with dust!"

"A view like no other by the beautiful lake. From the greeting at the start, a welcome drink and snack, we were well looked after. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety. The chef rings a bell with every new serve! The nightly fireworks were stunning to view from the comfort of our hotel room. It was easy to access the rest of the lake area where we stayed. The second parking lot is easy to access with a shuttle bus. With yukata to wear and a lovely onsen space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only small thing was a tissue and tooth pick that had been missed that was under the bed but alerted the reception and they apologised and sent someone to clean it straight away. Highly recommend you enjoy the lake side views, the dragon footbath and hiring the swan motorised boat to enjoy the lake!"

"Room with lake view is great although we didnt get to see mt yotei. Generous breakfast and dinner spread. Has a bus stop to/from JR station in front of the hotel. Would recommend."

"Convenient stores nearby. Walking distance to ferry to watch fireworks on board. Price Y1,700/adult. Have to watch out for restaurant opening n closing hours. Monday night most restaurants are not open. Ample free car park at hotel. Onsen payable when checking in at Y300/pwrson/day. Mount Usu Ropeway Y2,00/person return trip. Car parking @Y500."

The parking area is spacious and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The onsen was a highlight — peaceful and rejuvenating with a great atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, featuring a wide variety of delicious and high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Toya."

"This hotel have stunning view towards lake Toya, private onsen which include open air and a bathtub right at ur balcony. The only downside is a bit rural every restaurant close around 4:30pm, and if u don’t want to have hotel dinner you can only buy cup noodle from the hotel lobby. The only downside is the check out time is 10am… is this a Japan thing? Usually us 12pmif I stay in the city… and I found the staff is not as helpful as we were carrying 4 luggage checking out and wanted to load into our car… he just wait my bf load it on his own… But during check in the lady staffs were very helpful loading off the luggage and helping us to change the breakfast menu. Only minor hiccups nth much. Overall is enjoyable."

"Stayed for 3 nights, room was clean and spacious. Although not luxurious like hotels, it gave a sense of an authentic Japanese home. The owner was very accommodating, even offered us a lift to Toya Station. The hotel supplies basic items such as towels, utensils, and soap. The futon bed was also very comfortable. It’s located right next to a bus stop, although during our stay here the last bus from town is a bit early at 6:50pm. Even if you missed the bus it’s still possible to walk back from town, a roughly 30min walk. If given the chance would definitely come again."

"The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future."
