I made a reservation without meals. The number of people changed just before, but thank you for your willingness to respond!
Amenity is placed at the reception. The receptionist was also pleasant. There was a futon in the Japanese-style room, and there was a yukata, toilet, and bath in the private room. It's not far from Toyama Station (about 10 minutes), and considering the price, my house feels like a star 5.

The single room is very spacious. Since I live on the 13th floor, there are 14 floors in total. The scenery of Toyama City outside the window is unobstructed, so I don't need to go to the observation deck. The elevator needs to be swiped and the security is high. The hotel is a few minutes away from the north exit of Toyama Station. The Shinkansen to Toyama Station is just a traffic light from the north exit. Too convenient. There is a 711 diagonally opposite. Toyama is very safe. It is safe to buy water at 10 o'clock in the evening. Toyama's urban design is very artistic. Will stay here next time

Although it is like a guest house, the facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean and the space is large, like a single apartment. The heating is in place, although it was autumn when I went. The bathroom is really, every bathroom in Japan is a master of space utilization, the water pressure is sufficient, the water is smooth, without exception, admire. The kettle is very cute hahaha. The location is good, walk to the train station for a minute or two, the train station seems to be the most lively place in Toyama.

Hotel room is tidy, clean and cosy. Location is very convenient, just need to walk 5 minutes to JR station. Staff there are nice and friendly. On the day of arrival, it rains heavily, staff are very thoughtfully to lend us an umbrella when we left the hotel for lunch.

I stayed in a Japanese hotel brand in Busan before. This time I came to Toyama, I couldn't miss it. The price was very friendly during non-weekends, and breakfast was included.
Breakfast was a buffet, but there were not many choices, but it was enough to eat.
The location is right at JR Toyama Station, just across the street. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many things to eat.

Next time I come, I will not choose to stay here again. First, the wireless network signal is very poor. There are freezes when watching videos, and I have to use my own data. Second, the mattress is uncomfortable and too soft, and the quilt cover is just a layer of cloth, which is easy to separate from the quilt, so I can't sleep well. In addition, the front desk staff is always gone in the morning. When I checked out on the last day, I wanted to store my luggage. I had to wait until the Japanese locals checked out and help call, and then the staff showed up. Also, when I checked in, the front desk emphasized that if I lost the room card, I would have to pay 9,000 yen. It's a bit ridiculous.

Hotel is very near to Toyama station, just opposite the station. Hotel is rather old but seems renovated recently. Central air-con is very old with dated controls and not working well, so room gets very stuffy at night. Free drinks offered when we didn’t opt for daily room cleaning. QR code given to choose our drinks at a vending machine at the lobby. Don’t come to Toyama during Dec-Mar, as most attractions are closed for winter. Overall, a disappointment due to the faulty air-con and boring itinerary.

LLeeGreat hotel in the area. Breakfast selection was good as they provide some local delicacy. As it was near the Noto Peninsula , an earthquake happened late at night and the hotel could’ve made an announcement after the quake to provide some reassurance or information.
We saw a few of the foreign guests on the same level as us whom have no experience on how to react or manage during an earthquake and was panicking, plus they might not turn on or understand local news on tv. They were also trying to figure how to unlock the fire escape door which was right outside our room 😥
Overall, it was a really nice stay.

GGuest UserI have such a great experience staying in Crown Plaza Hotel with my boyfriend a few days ago. The hotel location is very prime and convenient. It is just about 15min walk to Toyama Station where you can get anything. The staff is very helpful, kind, friendly and exceptionally well-trained. The lady from the front desk and the lady who helped us with the luggage are so friendly and helpful.
The facilities may be a bit old fashion there but the maintenance is really good. You can see how much care they put in maintaining this hotel. There's no dust lollll
We enjoy the buffet style breakfast very much as there is a wide variety of food. Both western style and Japanese style. Local produce are yummy and fresh and I would really love to stay there longer to enjoy my breakfast before heading to Tateyama.
They have a bar on the top floor which overlooks the whole city. Go there at night would be lovely and the interior design is classic (not old at all). We enjoy our stay in this hotel very much and recommend this to anyone who are visiting Toyama.

JJia YenVery good location close to Toyama train station and to shopping malls. The buffet spread is good and yummy and they served fresh fruit/vegetables smoothie daily. They also have a coffee machine and water for you to take any time of the day. Room is standard small but beddings are good. Can get very sunny bright very early though. Highly recommended.

MMICHAELCARRICKI came across this Japanese hot spring hotel chain by chance, and booked it for one night while I was in Toyama.
The price is not expensive, even cheaper than Holiday Inn under InterContinental. The room is small, but the layout is OK.
There are not many people in the hot spring, and there is ice cream to eat after the bath, all of which are brands like Meiji.
For breakfast, just tell me your room number, it is very Japanese, very delicate, and filling.

GGuest UserThe front desk receptionist, Ms. Anxiang, has been working hard to answer our questions and help us translate. She is definitely the best receptionist I have visited Japan dozens of times. The hotel's hot spring is very good, and the open-air environment is beautiful. The 4 meals on both days were different, which was good.

MMINTZUThe employees at Mantian Hotel should all be students working under a construction-teaching cooperation program. The internship at the counter shows a lack of proficiency and experience, but the service attitude is very good and they will actively help solve problems. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the nearest station. There are quite a lot of people along the way. You can go shopping at any supermarket

And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

They are very friendly. There is a welcome drink on the left side of the entrance. If you register your smartphone, you can have mini ramen for dinner. There is a detergent in the laundry room. There was hot water in the ice maker and pot, and a paper cup. Rental items and comic books are also available. The free breakfast buffet is also good.
