It was very clean and the staff were very polite. There was a large public bath, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had everything from bread to rice. The public bath and breakfast were not crowded, so I was able to take my time in the bath and eat breakfast. I would definitely like to stay here again.

GGuest UserVery cost-effective. The room is clean and the quilt is super comfortable, it should be down. The breakfast is quite rich, there is eel rice to eat early in the morning 🤗 It is strongly recommended to bring breakfast when staying here, There are free buckwheat noodles for supper. The hot spring has an indoor and outdoor pool, not many people, and it is quite comfortable to soak. Parking is convenient, the hotel has a parking lot for guests.

GGuest UserJust right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

GGuest UserThe hotel was right in front of the bus stop, so I was able to arrive without getting lost even though it was my first time there. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items, and the desserts were delicious. I ended up eating too much. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathtub was too big for me with short legs, so it felt like a pool. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again.
