My group of four friends had a very good stay at this hotel. It is very well maintained, located in a great location and provides great service. I previously stayed here with my family in end 2024. It is still as good.

The hotel staff and service were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. I stayed in a nostalgic tatami-style room, and the hotel even made up the futon for me in advance.
On the first floor, there's a hot spring available for guests. The hotel also provides a complete yukata set and an onsen all-access pass, allowing you to visit the famous seven hot springs nearby.
The breakfast was a real local treat and definitely worth trying! Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for a stay, especially if you're looking to challenge yourself with an onsen hopping tour.

Although the hotel isn't right in the heart of Kinosaki Onsen, the town is small, so getting around is easy and convenient for visiting the seven public onsens. Don't forget to get your stamp at each one and collect a small gift back at the hotel! The hotel also has its own hot spring bath, it's not huge, but it's usually quiet as most guests go to the seven public onsens. Guests can enjoy a private onsen session once during their stay, and the view from the private bath's window is absolutely stunning. The hotel offers a 'one-night, two-meal' plan, and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant staff, including some ********* servers, provided detailed explanations of the dishes, and being able to communicate in Chinese was incredibly helpful.

The service was very attentive, but it's a shame that the hot spring facilities are old and lack a view.

The hot spring in the hotel is too small, simple, not beautiful, and lacks toiletries. The environment is hygienic, the staff are friendly, and the meals in the morning and evening are good. I posted dinner and breakfast photos of each.

Kinosaki Onsen is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the onsen. This hotel has an excellent location, not far away from the spots in the area and they even provide shuttle service. The rooms are big, public area is amazing too.

Absolutely loved my stay at this ryokan! The traditional Japanese room made for a truly memorable night. Room is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so warm and accommodating. Amazingly it also included is an all-day pass to the seven public onsens and free shuttle bus (every half an hour from the ryokan). Ryokan is just a short walk from the JR station and Kinosaki itself is such a quaint, charming town, and staying here really completed the experience! Highly recommended!

The hotel might be a bit far from the train station; I had to carry my own luggage on arrival, but there was a shuttle service on arrival. The hotel provides yukata and slippers for use in the onsen, and they even shuttle you to the furthest bath, allowing you to walk back. You can stop and enjoy different baths along the way. We bought our own food for breakfast, which was excellent, and ate at a restaurant outside for dinner. The atmosphere was great. It's a perfect place to relax.

The hotel is located on the edge of the hot spring town, quite close to Jizoyu Bath.
We booked a superior Japanese-Western style room, which was exceptionally spacious.
The hotel's breakfast and dinner were very plentiful, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. Since the mountain cable car to Kinosaki Onsen was closed on the second morning of our stay, we could only visit the nearby Izuishi Castle Town. The hotel front desk helped us print out a detailed timetable.
The outdoor baths at Kinosaki Onsen are not open every day; two baths are closed each day, so be sure to check the sign at the hotel front desk.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, private rooftop onsen – the best choice for 2-5 people. Kaiseki is interesting, but I don't think I'd like to go further.
