Excellent dinner and breakfast. Large Suites. Excellent Service. Quiet Place with comfortable beds. The Place is a bit „agy“, old fashioned. Time for modernisation. Price is too high.

must try in life. The staff are super friendly and warm. Garden view is very well designed. In the early morning you can hear birds singing. The hotel has two in-house onsens which are way better than other public onsens in the town in my opinion.

As expected of a Relais & Châteaux hotel and a century-old Japanese establishment, the facilities, dining, rooms, and service were all top-notch in Kinosaki Onsen. I particularly loved the hotel's Japanese garden and large public bath, as well as the excellent service and dining. It was a pity that I missed the snow crab season; only the rooms were a bit dated.

The best hotel in the Kinosakionsen. The best hotel in Kinosakionsen. The service and food are much better than American hotels such as Rizt Carlton and Marriott in my hotel experience, and better than Japanese city hotels.
