Horrible experience... won't stay again. First of all, the front desk(a Indian or Pakistan female staff) was indifferent and didn't smile, so I couldn't check in comfortably because the front desk staff at the hotel didn't smile at all. There are things I don't know about staying at your hotel for the first time, so I would appreciate it if you could tell me something more until I asked. Without breakfast and even the attached restaurant was closed, the nearest restaurant was near the train station, which was very inconvenient with luggage. I thought it was a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes, I was worried about the smell of the room because I'm not good at smoking. The room was not cleaned properly, there were a few hairs under the bathroom door and bathtub, and the drainage was not good. I also worried about the dust on the floor, it's not very pleasant. The train tracks are right next to the windows (photos attached) and let you know every time the train passes by. The air conditioner worked fine initially but I was surprised it stopped working while I was sleeping and no one answered the phone at the front desk, couldn't sleep because the room was cold. The front desk was still empty until check out the next morning. There was an event nearby, so I used a place within walking distance. There were only about four parking spaces in front of the hotel, and it was full, so I parked in a place within walking distance that charged 1,000 yen. I was bothered by the moldy smell of the bath curtain. It was inconvenient that there were no cosmetics in the amenities.

Good hotel. Convenient location, 10 minutes leisurely walk to the station. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a microwave.

We went as a group of 3, got a room with 2 large beds and comfortable pillows. A bit cramped with my daughter, but still comfortable. There was enough space to put my luggage. I liked that there was a garden with a separate bathroom from the toilet. Very clean. No breakfast. Very convenient to get from the station.

It was kept clean and had plenty of amenities. I was satisfied with the accommodation. The only thing is that it is on the road so there is some traffic noise.

It's a reasonable hotel, but I'd like them to fix the mold on the bathroom curtain and the power supply on the bed. It's the same every time I come. That's a shame.

There is dust on the top of the bed, and the unused toilet seat has a yellow round stain that is probably urine... I don't expect perfection, but I would like the commonly visible areas to be cleaned up.

It was disappointing that there was no parking service. I was directed to a paid parking lot, but it would have been nice if they had at least provided information about available parking spaces or a guide, but other than that I was generally satisfied.

The location is also close to Toyota City Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants around, so it is very convenient. The front desk service is thoughtful and attentive. The only regret is that there is no breakfast...
