Deceived a young couple for 400$ through *********** . Hotel vip apart took money via service from card, but refused to check in and the money wasn't returned, hotel to deceive another 200$ and blackmailed for a good review . Terrible employees constantly lied . This story for a lot of publicity

Мы с мужем путешественники, приехали после дальней дороги из другой страны уставшие и голодные, но нас отказались заселять, так как оказывается по условиям хозяина отеля требуется обязательно предъявить документ о заключении брака (которого у нас не было, так как мы ехали из другой страны и такие документы с собой не возим). Сотрудник отеля нам не поверил, хозяину позвонили, он отказался общаться с нами. В итоге нам отказали в заселении и так же отказали отменять наше бронирование и возвращать денежные средства за не оказание услуг. Крайне не рекомендуем этот отель. Не тратьте свои нервы. Такое впервые видим, хотя путешествовали по Турции уже неоднократно. Нам пришлось на месте искать новое жилье. Ужасное впечатление от отеля, его сотрудников и хозяина. Контактные данные и фото отеля приложила.
