The location was on top of the hill and there was no dolmuş/Van taxi station near hotel.
But it's not that much far from the city center.
We had to walk 15 mins from where we got off the van.
The room wasn't ready on time so we waited a bit.
Breakfast was good enough.

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Неплохой отель, удобно расположен (недалеко от ТЦ Форум Трабзон). Брали номер с двумя спальнями на 4 человека. В номере есть посуда, кружки на 4 человек и чайник. Хочу предупредить будущих гостей, отель расположен на пригорке и подъем к нему довольно крутой (и пешком, и на машине), зато в окошке открывается вид на море и на аэропорт (самолеты пролетают мимо отеля, но отдыхать это не мешает.
