When I returned from the laundry at about 2 a.m., the front door to the hotel was locked. For an hour I knocked on the door, called the hotel phone, but there was complete disregard. Even I wrote to trip.com support service, called the police... And I was already thinking that I would have to sleep on the street. And then suddenly a hotel employee arrived. This is the first time in my life that I have seen such an attitude of a hotel towards guests. How can they close the door and not warn guests about it?

What a great place to stay, excellent location and nice room with balcony, close to everything and train station, will definitely stay again. Excellent price and value.

A shoplot hotel and worth the money. All amenities are good. Near to muslim food stall.

Clean and comfortable and In a convenient location however on several occasions it was hard to find the staff.

Good location

Centrally located budget hotel. Train station just across the road. Travel agency for cheap minibus/ferry service to Koh Mook also across the street. Hotel is clean. Basic equipment. Front desk is most of time not staffed, you need to call a local number, then the employee comes to front desk.

Is oke

It's located just a short walk from Trang Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's in a convenient location. There is no elevator, so it's only stairs, which can be a bit of a problem for people with a lot of luggage, but the room is reasonably spacious and clean. There is also a nice balcony overlooking the station. It was a bit of a hassle to be able to hear voices from the next room.

The room is clean, beautifully decorated, the staff provides good service, the location is next to the train station and motorcycle taxi stand, convenient to travel, there is a convenient shopping mall next door.

The hotel has an excellent location and other requirements are not too high.

Spacious room, clean, amenities, restaurants, walking areas, train station, very close.

It's very good. I recommend it. Convenient transportation. There is a car to pick you up at the airport. 👍👍👍👍
