Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. most important was the great service and hospitality, especially K Phojanaluck at the reception.. she seems to be there all the time, ever ready to help with advice, speaks good English, always with a smile. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. It was low season, so understand that the breakfast spread was reduced, but the quality of the food and service was certainly not compromised. Location was very good... 5 min walk to the nearest mall with wide selection of food. Tallest building in the area... So great view to wake up to. Highly recommended!

Nice location. Night market is within walking distance and close to town center. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink and cold towel is great especially after long drive! Very new hotel. My kids enjoy the bunker bed. The only drawback is no lift so a bit hassle for the old folks if staying on 3rd floor.
