The location is decent, but not great for drivers but that is also due to Trapani being an old city with narrow pathways. It is a slight challenge to drive within the historic centre. There are car parks near the location within a 5-8 min walking distance. For travellers who are not driving, that is not an issue. The service was wonderful, and my hosts were quick to respond when I ran into a local issue. My car was parked in a tow-away zone due to Republic day, but they were able to quickly figure out the location of where my car was and accompanied me to retrieve it. Very grateful for their help. It is a modern and beautiful accommodation in the historic centre with great service.

The design of the rooms is very modern. Because it’s an apartment, you have to call the owner and then he will come to let you in. In our unit, the air conditioning did not work.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with balconies and city views in June as we were travelling with another couple. Unfortunately the images on the internet were quite misleading and did not clearly show that the configuration of the apartment meant that to get to the bathroom you had to go through the one of the bedrooms. Hence there was a real privacy issue. We bought this problem to the attention of the owners who agreed to split us into two single standard double rooms (with no view and ceiling level windows that could not be reached). The young female owner was lovely and apologetic and worked with us to provide a solution however unfortunately Francesco, the other owner, was not as accommodating. He erroneously continued to state that he was 'paying for us' and it was 'costing him money'. A claim that was incorrect given we had paid the full amount of AUD$1602.28 for 3 nights in the suite that had then became available to re-let. Again the young woman was very helpful and kind and the rooms have been well appointed I just think travellers need to be aware of the suite configuration. I suggested a floorplan would be good on the listing to avoid such future disappointment.

My partner and I have different priorities when we look for accomodation when travelling, which sometimes makes it difficult to agree on an option - cleanliness is super important to me, space, parking and quiet is more important to him. Location is ofcourse a top priority for both of us. This time all boxes checked. Awesome location with 5 minutes to local beach, parking near by, best noise proof windows ever and super clean. Everything was amazing including host’s help, availability, and flexibilty.

Wonderful location Wonderful location in the middle of the old city. Very close to many restaurants and bars. The owner provided a great briefing, providing recommendations for our stay. Very helpful.
