"We were greeted at reception by a helpful, kind and welcoming employee. Car park was well spaced, with room to easily manouver the car, and had ample spaces for guest parking. It is locked from 10pm to 8am with card access for guests. It If you have mobility issues, there is no lift from the carpark to the rooms. The stairwells, although safe with handrails, need a bit of maintenance. The room was very clean, light and airy, suprisingly quiet, decorated pleasantly with excellent kitchen area, and had free wifi. The bathroom was easily accessible and clean, with quick, good pressure hot water. We had a very comfortable, well-priced stay in a central location 2 minutes walk from Royal Park. The only thing to be take into consideration when driving to the motel, is its position on Flemington Road. If you are not from Melbourne and familiar with coming off the freeway onto Flemington Road, the entrance is very easy to miss and it can be a challenge getting back onto the motel's entrance side of the road again, particularly as Melbourne drivers are not very accommodating about letting others change lanes. We would defintely stay there again."

"Very clean and good facilities. Located only 300 metres from shopping centres and Kings Park for a pleasant walk. It has off street parking available in a secure area behind the building."

"The room was very good, nothing to say, the boss was very nice, he introduced the local characteristics to us, the most heartwarming thing was that on the last day of check-out, the luggage was left in the room, and you could pick it up whenever you left, just leave the room card at the front desk"

"Very easy check in. Instructions by reception were spot on.  The one bedroom apartment was huge. Plenty of room with an equally huge balcony.  The place was clean, apart from one of the towels that had some type of hard black stain that stick do towels to it’s self. Not ideal, but this would be an issue with the laundry company that Quest use.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend."

"From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and nothing we requested was a bother. The apar**ent had all necessities, was clean and had a balcony which was great. The location was excellent. It was close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended the Sebel Moonee Ponds and will definitely stay here again."

"The location of the hotel is only one street away from the downtown area. At night, it feels very different. There are a lot less pedestrians on the road in front of the motel. But the benefit is relatively quiet. The parking in the yard is free, enough parking, breakfast is not available. The facilities are quite comprehensive and they are old. The little brother at the reception actually said a few simple Chinese."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will again. The hotel is in a great location and it has everything you need. The one thing that was disappointing was the bed. They had put two singles together so there was a massive dip in the middle. It was a bit weird. Other than that we will go back next time we are in Melbourne. "
