Check-in time was smooth and the food really good (breakfast and ala carte. The room nice with balcony sea view. The minus one is somehow the atmosphere inside the room is hot when the night time come so we should open the balcony door the whole night

The front desk staff is responsive and enthusiastic. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. It is a wonderful memory of staying here.

It's time for renovations and more cleaning. Prices not suitable.

I booked a hotel through Ctrip, but the front desk said that Ctrip had not paid yet and I needed to pay before I could check in. I showed them the debit receipt of my Bank of China credit card, but they said they couldn't understand it in Chinese. We agreed to check it out the next day, and finally I checked in. When I checked out the next day, the front desk changed the waiter and asked me to pay again, saying that they had not received the money. Later, a leader came and said it was okay. The front desk waiter was not well trained.

Everything went well. Easy check in/out. Room clean. Breakfast all available. Great view from the room

The suite has a renovation backlog. If you like to live like grandma used to live in, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the entire restaurant. They should make themselves comfortable in the room for €25. The car parks for only 15€.

Great location! View of the sea and the Trave and the many ships. The promenade and the beach in front of it. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating. The water drainage from the bathtub, toilet and sink was inadequate. The quality and variety of food has decreased compared to my previous visits. I had my planned birthday meal in another restaurant. But I will be back and hope for positive changes.
