This hotel gives a poor image of Cambodian hotels, which are quite different! No welcome upon arrival at the hotel. We looked for the person who was supposed to give us the key! This person did not speak English. The room we had chosen and booked was supposed to have a view of the garden. The room with a view of the garden was in fact... a room without a window. After discussion, we were offered a room with a view of a wall and a water tank. The facilities presented on the site do not correspond to reality. For example, the room does not have a safe, a desk, the TV does not work. There are no glasses, toilet paper... no hot water. A word of advice, avoid this place, which is also poorly located in the city.
