Our room was nice and clean, smelled fresh. Beds were quite comfortable and it was quiet. I asked for a room near the elevator and i got that too.

Took me almost 30 minutes to check in and there was only one person in front of me. That person didn’t know what was taking so long either. Two opportunities for improvement: 1) front desk staff should be well trained to ensure timely check-in 2) have more than one person available to help at the desk The bathroom was either old and/or just dirty - hard to tell which We had a bug in our bed but we were too tired to move so we just killed it, then pulled all of the sheets and blankets to check the rest of the bed

Enough was enough. The room was clean, but it all ends there. We had no hot water and had to shower in cold water. When I complained they moved me to another room, that had no air conditioning. When i called down to the desk they said they were sending someone up to fix it. After a half hour no one came, and I said enough was enough and checked out.

Booked a room here for one night last minute and everything was perfect! Smooth check in and check out, wonderful room, no complaints here! Will definitely keep in mind for future stays.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were comfy. Great shower pressure and we liked the products. The biggest problem we had was that the fridge was a very warm temp and we lost all our Thai food leftovers.
