We have stayed here before and have always been impressed .This time though we were put in a different room no 208 and the room was shabby and the mattress was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs and the mattress dipped. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay the receptionist was helpful and informed us of  all the facilities in the hotel . Breakfast was delicious as always  and the location is really quiet.

Staff Excellent as was the food. Rooms could do with some maintenence e.g. Bathroom door could not be closed fully.

We booked this hotel last minute due to another hotel cancelling us. The staff were very welcoming, extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was very beautiful with a nice bar lounge area downstairs which stayed open until 1am. Our room was nice, although we had a room with a velux window so it felt very dark. We didn't have any view and didn't like that we had no window to open for fresh air. I think this was just unfortunate for us due to booking last minute and the hotel finding 4 rooms to accommodate us. Our friends who stayed had nice rooms with windows. We would definitely stay here again.
