Ibis Paris CDG Airport Reviews

Since I had an 11 AM flight and needed to process a tax refund beforehand, I stayed at a hotel near the airport for a night. I visited terminals T1, T2, and T3 at Charles de Gaulle, and then frantically did some last-minute shopping at the airport's duty-free pharmacy. After packing my bags that night, I went to bed early. The next day, I left at 7:30 AM, and after completing the tax refund, I arrived at my gate just in time. If I had departed from the city, I probably would've had to leave by 6 AM. Security checks and tax refund lines at Paris CDG are always very long, so I recommend arriving at the airport at least 4 hours early. Facilities: Whether you're staying at an airport hotel or one nearby, transportation to and from the terminals is generally free. For on-site airport hotels, you can use the CDGVal shuttle train, while off-site hotels usually provide their own shuttle buses. Make sure to confirm the shuttle schedule and pick-up points with the hotel front desk. Environment: Ibis Paris CDG Airport: This is a classic choice. It's perfectly located, just a few dozen meters' walk from Terminal 3. The rooms are clean, the lobby lighting is pleasant, and there's a supermarket and restaurants nearby to cover your basic needs.

Facilities: Typical minimalist and budget-friendly Ibis style, the bathroom was quite small. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: Right outside T3, very close, perfect for early morning flights. Service: Very warm and helpful. The lobby is large with a coffee spot and some recreational facilities. There's no water or slippers in the room, but there's a water dispenser downstairs. The luggage room can store bags, and it costs 14 euros for 24 hours for large luggage.

It was alright, I only stayed one night because I had an early flight the next day.

Had a great night at Ibis CDG. It was clean and staff were very helpful. It is very conveniently located at the airport- an ideal spot for a late arrival or an early check in (which was the case with me). I even managed to squeeze in some ballet prior to checking in

Good customer services.The place is very close to terminal 3 and also close to the metro which makes coming in out easy when you early morning train to catch. However not closer to Paris, you have to pay 13 euro in and out for the subway or metro. I came in with my wife for two days stay, the room is just basic. The washrooms are very small and very inconvenient. When coming for more than a night stay come with your toothbrush, paste and your disposable bedroom sleepers. The hotel do not have it.

I stayed near the airport to catch an early morning flight. The front desk service was quite poor; the Black staff seemed to show impatience towards Asian guests. The air conditioning in the first room was broken, and it took Ctrip's quick follow-up to get us a new room. Later, when the drain clogged, they flat-out refused to address the problem. The bathroom was extremely small. I'd recommend looking for another hotel nearby; this one is definitely not good.

The hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 3 of Charles de Gaulle Airport. Check-in is available from 12 PM, which is quite early for a hotel, especially in Europe. That said, despite being an economy hotel, prices can be quite high during certain periods.

Great location, right next to the terminal. Clean and tidy, perfect for travelers with early morning flights. No breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Perfect for an overnight airport stay! It's clean, convenient, and right next to the bus station and metro. Service is standard.

Very convenient location easily travelling between CDG 3 terminals. We booked the room in size 16m2, it is supposed to have coffee machine but we don’t see any!

The best thing about this hotel is its incredible convenience. You just turn left out of the hotel and walk straight to the station, where you can catch a free airport shuttle bus and access two parking lots. It's only a 10-minute ride to the airport.

The room was basic but fine. The location is good to get on the shuttle. The poor score is due to the guy on the desk. He yawned and did not apologise for such a long wait.

The main advantage is its close proximity to Terminal 3, which is very convenient when you're traveling with luggage. However, that's about the only positive. The room was small, the amenities were surprisingly scarce, and the breakfast was even more underwhelming.

The hotel is exceptionally close to Paris Airport, and the free CDGVAL shuttle makes getting there incredibly convenient. The room was small but perfectly functional for our stay. Breakfast, served on the first floor, was pretty standard – mostly just bread and pastries. Having been abroad for so many days, we were really missing Chinese food!
