"Great location for the Eden Project, drove into St Austell for bars & restaurants as The Carglaze had sold out of a lot menu options on Friday night. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. Rooms where great, very comfy beds and fluffy towels, tea & coffee in the room and parking right outside."

"Ian, the host at Eden Rest, was the most helpful person I have ever experienced at a B&B. He contacted me direct before my trip and left a phone number. After 4 hours online trying to find out info for our trip he was able to answer all my questions in less than 10 mins. On our arrival he picked us up from the station ( we had no car), gave us all the information we needed about buses to and from venues we wanted to visit and on our last day, when we weren’t able to get a bus back to the station in time for our train he kindly came and picked us up. Our room was ‘cosy’. Ian had told us it would be a bit of a tight squeeze but it did not matter at all because everything else was perfect: cleanliness, efficiency, excellent breakfast, friendliness and Ian went out on a limb to help us make the most of our stay and if he couldn’t answer a question from us he went off to research it and came back a short time later with the answer. Thank you so much Ian. If we ever have cause to travel to that part of Cornwall again, you will most definitely be our first choice for accommodation. Warm wishes Barbara and Florentina"
