Abbiamo soggiornato in tre, in due camere, una singola e una doppia in teoria, perché di fatto erano piccoli appartamenti. Tappa durante il cammino del Salento. Location suggestiva, una villa, per di più donata alla baronessa Raffaella. Nessuna critica: personale gentilissimo e accogliente (nonostante i camminatori non si presentino in abiti eleganti!), stanze dotate di tutto (anche bollitore per caffè e tisane), buona colazione (non eccezionale rispetto al resto, ma non mancava nulla).

Molto bella la struttura dal punto di vista architettonico, personale gentile e disponibile ma, purtroppo, la cena è da dimenticare e in diverse stanze ci sono gravi carenze di manutenzione. Anche la colazione presentava diverse mancanze con brioches vecchie e scarsa qualità dei salumi.peccato perché il sito avrebbe molte potenzialità.

Le petit déjeuner normal, rien de transcendant. Les chambres ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos qui faisaient rêver puisqu'aucune précision ne disaient que l'on se trouverait dans des chambres dans l'arrière cour sans vue avec la salle des petits déjeuners au dessus de nous. Du coup impossible de dormir à partir de 6h30. Les chambres demanderaient un grand coup de jeunesse, tête de lit bancale, salle de bain plus que vieillotte avec du papier toilette bas de gamme, l'abattant de WC cassé, la douche avec des portes qui se mettent de travers, Wi-fi nulle obligé de rester sur la 4G pour avoir un réseau correct. Pour résumer il faut éviter les chambres 15, 16, 17 et 18 ou préciser à être dans le bâtiment principal car d'un 4 étoiles vous vous retrouvez dans un 2 étoiles

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad Agosto. La Villa risale al 600 ed è tenuta molto bene, vista mare, a pochi metri dal centro. unica pecca è strada la colazione. Dolci confezionati, succhi di frutta da supermercato, questo ci ha deluso molto….

In 11 x sul Cammino del Salento (Lecce-Leuca) abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Villa Raffaella. Arrivati fradici come pulcini in largo anticipo al check in, ci hanno concesso di appoggiarci in un locale accanto x cambiarci in attesa dell’assegnazione delle camere, pertanto grazie ancora. Camere spaziose, pulite e ben arredate. Ottima e assortita la colazione, insomma ci siamo trovato molto bene anche sul prezzo

Siamo arrivati in quest’albergo quasi per caso ed è stata un’occasione vincente per comodità e posizione. Le camere sono di tipologie diverse, ma la nostra era molto ampia, pulita, ariosa e panoramica. La signora all’arrivo è gentilissima e attenta. L’unico neo è nella mancanza di personale di sorveglianza per molte ore al giorno: è lasciata agli ospiti la cura di chiudere e aprire anche il cancello di ingresso e qualcuno se ne dimentica….

La struttura è una importante villa antica ristrutturata molto bene, sul lungomare sud di Santa Cesarea Terme. E formata da un corpo centrale con corte interna dove affacciano le varie stanze; molto bello. La stanza - standard- è ubucata al piano terra ed è molto ampia con arredamento minimale. La colazione è varia e buona. Unica critica, nella stanza e nel bagno mancano i punti di appoggio.
