There is a kitchen where you can heat up things and store food in the fridge. There is also a washing machine in the ground floor which is OK but you will need to buy your own washing liquid."

"Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage. The only major downside is no aircon, and the room was much hotter than outside. We tried opening the windows on the first night and got bitten by mosquitoes, which was worse than being hot. The next day we got a fan, but still a bit too hot to sleep. Apart from that, overall it was a good spot"

"If you’re looking for a proper spa experience or a genuine five-star hotel, this property will not meet those expectations. The room we received was noticeably noisy and below the standard expected for this category, and the overall service didn’t match the rating. The hotel is clean, breakfast is very good, and the massage was truly excellent, but the stay as a whole doesn’t deliver a five-star experience. Guests who are familiar with real 5★ standards will likely be disappointed."
