"This is the third time we stayed in this hotel but the quality has deteriorated significantly. For the amount they have charged there service and declined tremendously. There is no wifi in the hotel with a very poor network, quite surprising for a hotel which charged 6k per night. Beside that the tea packs were missing, only kettle was there, called room service but no response. Wall plasters coming out. TV channels very limited and of no use. Kitchen not working properly, some maintenance going on. Bill to be paid upfront and not settled at the checkout. Toiletries missing. Dental kit and shampoo was there though, but body wash, lotion, etc not there. "

"The receptionist and the staff not at all in pleasing mood. Flush tank was broken and leaking continuously. Towels were torn. No receipt was provided for extra room charges for delayed check out."

"Room clean and had been recently updated. Front desk Staff were friendly and went out of their wst to provife great service. Stayed 3 nights and room was made up only on the last day and then forgot to replace the towels etc they removed. Was quiet even though very full. Breakfast was ok but staff need to monitor more closely, wipe tables etc. I woukd stay again."

"Someone needs to teach some manners and hospitality to the owner of this dumpster - Mr Deepak. S#it services and amenities and wants to charge a bomb with advance without which the guy won’t give you a booking. Doesn’t know how to run a business and won’t take accountability when he causes inconvenience. This was the first time I had to leave the hotel coz of someone’s unprofessionalism in the middle of the night. No in-house restaurant: they’ll just handover you a random restaurant’s menu and ask you to call them and order . A restaurant which doesn’t even take calls. Rooms small AF you’d feel claustrophobic. And don’t make the mistake of bringing your parent there coz Mr Deepak thinks it’s perfectly fine if the lift doesn’t work when power cuts off frequently during monsoons while he is going to chill in his spacious office on the ground floor. And the arrogance of this guy when you point out the flaws. Deepak Sahab, if ‘this is no way to talk to an owner’, then ‘this is no way to treat your guest’ either sir. Your juniors had much more compassion and empathy. Go intern under them and learn a thing or two. Personal recommendation - DHRUV PALACE HOTEL opposite to this dump is a much better place with much better people. I’d recommend that. :)"
