Brand new hotel, great amenities for that area. Close to the beach and the temple. Don’t expect to feel like you’re home though:)

Tranquil green space beside Trincomalee’s Main Street created by the owner Mali. Good stay topped with a personal touch- Mali prepared an Italian breakfast for us bruschetta with local fish Yummy 👍🏻

Malathi was an amazing host. She was diligent and attended to all our needs throughout. While there wasn’t parking available, she found a way to help us out and allowed parking in her own premises. She is great lady and runs the place with good precision. The food is amazing and loved every bit of the stay. Wishing her well for the upcoming season.

The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!

This place was truly special, with clean spacious rooms and in a great location to explore the rest of the town and beach. The owner and staff made us feel at home, with their hospitality and dining experience. I highly recommend a stay at Neem Tree House. I would go back in a heartbeat.
