"Needs renovation. Outdated. Very small minded management. No late check out without payment even though room wasn't cleaned [we were waiting in pool area] . Room not cleaned between first reservation and second time check in 2 days later in same room. Not even nappiestaken out from rubbish bin or toilet cleaned. Air con in main bedroom not working. No smoke alarm attached in main bed room. And then manager decided to play a little power and control game while 2 women who had stayed a total of 6 nights, were waiting and reading quietly by the pool and told by 12 to leave. Our flight only at 5. Told to "pack up". Both of us years in hospitality and international hotel management. Never encountered such rudeness. Suggest managers in the job too long. And, rarely at reception."

"It is a correct place, in a very quiet neighborhood. The published photos nearly correspond to the place. The good: there is no noise, it is spacious, it has a very well-equipped kitchen, the bed is good, the bathroom is spacious. What we didn't like: we were 3 adults, the person who slept on the sofa bed had very average nights. It was very uncomfortable; the person would slide because it was not horizontal and did not have enough support. The room was never cleaned, even having a carpet, not a wood floor as showed int the photos. They left us a vacuum, but we expected a minimum of cleaning for a week. It was our responsibility, even, to take out the trash. We had a washing machine, but it was dirty, the clothes came out stained. There is a terrace, full of dust, leaves and dirt. There are no functional elevators. Although we were on the lower floor, I can't imagine the discomfort for those who have rooms on higher floors, carrying luggage up the stairs. The pool does not look clean. It's pretty, but it looks like settled water, which doesn't inspire confidence about cleanliness. It is in the middle of plants, which drop leaves and look yellow. The beach is not as close as it seems in the description or as suggested by the hotel name. The bathroom does not have comfortable spaces for use by 3 people. The amenities are the most basic and of very standard quality. We did not expect this quality of accommodation, considering the location and the price paid. There is no safe box and reception availability is limited."
