This is my first morning at hotel and yesterday my first dinner. In both cases there is no menu and all is buffet, good but not fantastic. Current room is excellent, but first room I was assigned was small and balcony had cigarette butts. Lobby is impressive, a sort of internal patio with a roof six floors high.

I wished to spend my vacation days in Tripoli, but unfortunately there was no place. However, they gave us the address of other hotels that were at the required level. Thank you, and we will visit you one day and fulfill the dream. It is among the best hotels in Tripoli and has international specifications that you know before you enter it. Thank you all.

The hotel is no longer of the Sheraton chain and no longer has the Four point brand. It is now called El Andalous. Structure still valid but with major maintenance problems. Inattentive management and that "you live on yourself". It enjoys a good position close to the sea, with a small harbor now covered up with sand. it could go back to being an important hotel reality but it needs some investment and management in the sector.

L’hotel è in una struttura bellissima che si affaccia sul mare, elegante, completo di ogni comfort. Questo hotel per me resterà indimenticabile perché per noi è stato anche rifugio in un momento di tensioni militari molto violenti e tutto il personale ci ha assistito 24/24h, rassicurandoci e non facendoci mancare mai nulla. Il direttore e tutto lo staff sono stati un fondamentale punto di riferimento in un momento così difficile. Resterà un posto indimenticabile in cui spero di poter tornare appena la situazione sarà migliore.
