The Hotel is correct and with a good location. The Egon restaurant that is in the hotel, it is better not to step into it. Fast food, slow, very slow and unfriendly service and Michelin star prices.

Our stay here was lovely! The breakfast was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very professional. The room we had was clean and the location was very walkable. We were able to walk from the pier where our bus dropped us off with our luggage to the hotel with no problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property was exactly what I needed for my stay in Tromsø. It was clean, simple, and had breakfast included, which had a lot of options and was good. Very convenient location, walking distance to all places in city centre. Overall great stay!

Great location in the city centre. Spacious room - fabulous breakfast. However, room cleaning is not done in the morning, but very late in the afternoon when we were back in the room after a full day out - so the room has not been cleaned for 3 days!

Some staff were great, others not as much.
Requested a wake call, never reveived when queried was informed my phone was broken.
Soap dispensary was broken informed front office staff and still was not fixed when I left 3 days later.
Breakfast was outstanding, along with location.
