Great hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.

Great hotel.l and location. Spacious and clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Luggage storage is an extra bonus.

Nice reception and convinien place

Definitely recommended. We were fortunate to get a front facing family room which was surprisingly big and nice views, we were lucky to spot the northern lights from our bedroom while sipping on warm beverages.

This hotel is a nightmare, my best recommendation is that you never stay here. Don't even think about it. To get to the hotel there are some terrible slopes, super slippery, you risk your life for a hotel The room is dirty and smelly, the sheets are not changed and the photos do not match reality. The service is horrible. Don't ask the girl at reception for anything, because they seem like robots that don't reason. Anything you have, they tell you to talk to the middleman and they don't give you any solution. In short, I think there are too many good options in Tromso to ruin your stay in a place like this.

The room is very small and the price/performance ratio is very low. The location is on the hillside, the view outside the hotel is very good, but it is easy to slip in winter, so it is best not to bring a suitcase.

Great stay experience

I loved everything. The service and staff are great people and very practical - they don't complicate anything. We felt at home! The facilities are wonderful: a typical wooden house!!! Beautiful! I love the hotel; It's "my" home in the Arctic! ＜3

The house is very cozy and is the best choice for backpackers. The surrounding environment is beautiful.

It's hard to imagine staying in such a shabby hotel for nearly 2,000 yuan. It's just an attic, you can't even lift your head, and there is no private bathroom. There is only one room on each floor. Don't book it.
