The location was at the exact centre of the city, with a 5-minute walk to Trondheim sentrum station. Brilliant service with complimentary breakfast. Tommy, who was at the desk, was superb, friendly, and so helpful. I had a great time at the hotel being a business traveller. Recommend it to all travellers.

the. elevator not working but manage to stay 1st floor. easy access to train station. staff are friendly and helpful. good breakfast .

Hotellet var trevligt och prisvärt. Fin frukost, rent och fräscht. Dock fanns inte Air con på rummet så det var helt ohållbart värmemässigt med en liten fläkt. Fönstren gick bara att öppna lite så det gick inte att vädra. Men det var väldigt varmt ute så det är förklaring men så mycket nattsömn blev det inte.
Rekommenderas gärna när det inte är så varmt.
Hemtrevlig Chesterfield stämning med fina fåtöljer och inredning.

Nice hotel close to town.
Wonderful hotel near town. A bit rundown but clean. Good breakfast and pancakes at 5.

No late night check in access.
Nobody on reception and entry door locked on late evening arrival.
I had to call the telephone Nr posted on front locked door. Thereafter walk 400m to another hotel to collect my room/front dooor access card.
This was a very uncomfortable, insecure & inconvenient arrangement especially in the late night darkness.
Next day hotel reception guy was extremely apologetic and did all he could to make wrongs right.

Great hotel in Trondheim. Has a old and tired feel, but made up for by the convenience, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and free waffles in the evening.
