"A beautiful hotel set in gorgeous surroundings but we were so disappointed. Wrong drinks arrived our cutlery was removed and not replaced and wasn't allowed to use my biro voucher as the company has changed to RAD. The toilets were also disgusting as someone had had a terrible accident in them. Very sad and disappointing for what should have been a birthday treat."

The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service really stood out to us. The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and genuinely made us feel so welcome. I’m sure it was Lynn and Megan that we dealt with during our stay, and they were both incredible. They were so friendly, attentive and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and are a huge credit to the hotel."
