Beautiful room with sea views, excellent restaurant which we dined in everyday rather than going elsewhere and the staff were very professional and friendly. This will always be our go to hotel when revisiting Scotland."

"This beautiful hotel set in amazingly kept grounds, overlooks Troon golf course. In brief, it was a joy and pleasure to stay there. The staff were all excellent and should be commended. I felt Lyn at breakfast time deserved a special mention but the reception staff were also especially good. Rooms were huge, clean and very impressive. Food was excellent and the wine selection was adequate. I really struggled to find fault. There were very small signs of wear on the carpet of a main staircase but this is a real nitpick. I would highly recommend this hotel despite the relatively high rates. Also be aware it is often used by parties of USA Golfers who have no volume control."
