Premier Inn Trowbridge

Room is clean and staff are friendly

Comfortable beds, quiet room, lovely variety at breakfast. Special thanks to Anna, Agnes and Paul for being so attentive to my son’s peanut allergy. They were really helpful avoiding contamination and so considerate.

The typical premier inn experience tucked away in the heart of Trowbridge and close to a bunch of excellent restaurants, lovely staff, Alex & Bailey were amazing during our visit. The space was quiet and peaceful (as peaceful as it can be with 2 kids in tow) rooms were clean and spacious and great value for the price we paid. There was a little table full of knick knacks, toiletries and such as well as a bunch of little toys to keep the kids entertained, the pokemon cards kept them quiet for ages and it's raises money of charity, such a fantastic idea.

The staff are all so incredibly helpful and so warm and friendly. A lovely gentleman helped me check in, then I think I seen him on his first shift in the kitchen. Our waitress was so warm and attentive at dinner. Really amazing varied menu and way more than the London Bridge one. Saying that we bought the special deal of breakfast and dinner but had no idea there are half a dozen restaurants on your doorstep plus an Odeon cinema Bed was superb as always and room so quiet. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast im afraid, the quality was not high.

We booked 2 family rooms (3 adults + 4 children) and were very impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We, and the children in particular, loved the breakfasts - lots of freshly cooked foods as well as fresh fruit and cereal and pancakes. They also enjoyed the raffle! I would recommend this hotel!

Had such a lovely breakfast this morning in Trowbridge Premier Inn. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The food was fresh amd super tasty! Thank you, will definitely be returning and encourag others to join 😊

Worst premier inn I've ever been to and won't be returning. There's no check in staff so nobody to ask for anything, you can press the bell and ask the restaurant staff which I wouldn't bother with... Parking awful. It's on a carpark with alot of restaurants so very busy. The evening meal was a disaster. Paid for the meal deal - for context the whole time there were only 4 tables in action and 4 staff. Half the menu not available! Took 1 hour for our meals to come. Then it took a further 45 minutes for desserts to come once we'd finished mains. We'd asked if we could be quicker served as my daughter was falling asleep at the table. After about half an hour the waitress seemed surprised we didn't have our deserts yet. She went to chase up and I heard the person In charge very cross and talking rather loudly saying 'TELL THEM THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT, I'M MAKING CURRY'. She was snappy at the waitresses and it was very awkward, we felt sad for them. They were friendly and chatty, told us they were from another Premier inn and helping out. This in charge person delivered our food to us without saying a word with a face like thunder which was quite uncomfortable. When we left there was an issue getting the bill and the person in charge came over and blamed the waitresses, saying oh sorry I've got everyone training and they don't know what they are doing. It was pretty awful and to top ot off half my kids desserts were missing with no explanation until we asked and we heard from the kitchen in a very angry tone - GOT NONE LEFT. Terrible experience.

We had room 126 as a very last minute booking. Paid £120 for a disgusting bathroom and dirty stained pillow cases. The mattress was old and uncomfortable and there was only 1 towel in the room. It was late when we checked in and only 1 person on and he did his best by getting another towel and some pillow cases but I was disgusted with the state they believe is acceptable especially given it was an accessible room.

We come for breakfast in the mornings and its worth the money. Sophia was very helpful and great to speak with. The rest of the staff were also good. Thank you
