Gianmarco and Jimena at the front desk were right on the task. I don’t know if they inquired with you or another manager, but they arranged my two night stay to be changed to the nights that I needed, November 5-7. The customer service skills exhibited by Gianmarco and Jimena were exemplary. They were calm, courteous, and most certainly professional. You should be glad to have them on your staff. Because of their professional nature, I have booked myself into an Ibis Hotel in Lima for the end of my trip. I have always found the uniformity of appointments in Ibis Hotels to my liking, and look forward to my stay in Lima, and at more Ibis Hotels on other future trips.

Casa Andina Standard Plaza, is not standard at all. Everybody is friendly and willing to serve at any moment. The place is clean and comfortable but most important it is an amazing place to stay; highly recommended bur business and family travel.
