The hotel overall is clean and tidy, front desk service is good.Seems the hotel need to think it can be improved is only one key card pass to the guest and if you forgot to bring the key card then we must wait for the house keeper to open the door.
The other is the restaurant waiters is poor response so the service is deteriorated and much more training is needed.

The coffee in the hotel is good. It is quite pleasant to sit outside and chat at night. It is a pity that the construction of Haiyang is not very complete. It is relatively quiet at night and there is no nightlife.
