We had a 2 night stay on the way back from a motorcycle tour of Austria. We were greeted warmly at reception by a lady who spoke very good English. Our room was good with a balcony over looking fields to a forest. The half board evening meal was 3 courses of a starter, main course and dessert, unusually for Germany there was no salad. The food was well prepared but seemed expensive at 32 euros. Breakfast was a buffet with everything that you would expect including both hot and cold food. There is an indoor swimming pool of a decent size but it was a little cool. there was a whirlpool in a separate room that was very nice. There is a garden with loungers and shade. The hotel is well located for walks either into the town or on trails through the forest. There was a charge of 10 euros to use the garage for our motorcycle that we had been told about when booking. It was a surprise to be told that there was a charge of 5 euros per night to use the hotel car park. This is a decent hotel that I would consider using again if in the area.

Schade, eigentlich ein sehr nettes Hotel in ein wunderbaren Lage,die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küche verdient ein dickes Lob, wirklich ausgezeichnete Speisen. Aber das Service im Restaurant ist leider sehr schlecht besonders am Abend.Möglich das man unter Personal Mangel leidet aber ich denke das kann man besser organisieren. Der Biergarten wäre ja sehr gemütlich, aber wenn man sich bei jeder Bestellung erst auf die Suche nach einer Bedienung machen muss ist es dann gleich mal vorbei mit der Gemütlichkeit.

Das Personal im Hotel (Rezeption, Service) hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, um die unguten Zustände im Service Bereich zu meistern. Ein grosses Lob an diese treuen Mitarbeiter! Es kann nämlich nicht sein, dass zwei 19jährige ukrainische Kellner einer Leihfirma am Abend alleine im Restaurant bedienen müssen!! Diese jungen Leute werden da auf ungute Weise verbraucht. Sie kassieren den ganzen Ärger der Gäste! Denn wo war der Chef?? Warum legt er nicht selbst Hand an, um seinen Mitarbeitern zu helfen?!! Oder wenigstens die Situation zu erklären. Der Chef war nicht da!! Und zwar an keinem Abend, an welchem die Gäste 2 Stunden auf das Essen warten mussten! Vielleicht würde eine Umstrukturierung ja helfen. Auf jeden Fall sollte die Hotelleitung schleunigst etwas unternehmen! Ansonsten ist das Hotel wunderbar! Das Ambiente ist herrlich. Ich hatte ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Wir sind extrem unzufrieden und würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. In 1,5 Stunden mussten wir mehrfach nach Getränken und Essen fragen. Wir sind nach 1,5 Stunden mit zwei kleinen, hungrigen Kindern gegangen und hatten keine Getränke, kein Essen. Auf einen Babystuhl mussten wir 15 Minuten warten. Am 1. Abend waren wir nach 2,5 Stunden mit 3 Gängen und einer Runde Getränke durch. Mit kleinen Kindern eine totale Katastrophe. Wir sind verständnisvoll was den Personalmangel angeht, aber zwei Servicekräfte auf alle Tische zu verteilen, die kein Deutsch sprechen, ist leider etwas schwierig. Wenn ein Restaurant 18 Uhr öffnet, kann man nicht erst 18 Uhr die Tische vorbereiten und eindecken. Bereits 18:05 war die Schlange extrem lang und man muss warten, bis eine Servicekraft die Personen zu Tisch begleitet hat.

- versalzene Speisen - todgebratenes Fleisch - Es steht vor dem Service bereits Kräuterbutter auf dem Tisch - 4 kleine trockene Brotscheiben - ungenießbares Dressing im Salat + eingekochter Kürbis, eingelegte Gurke, keine Tomate - Auf der Karte stehen Cocktails obwohl es keine Cocktails gibt - unerfahrenen schlecht geschulter Service - Münchner Preis einfach nur ein Frechheit sowas Gastronomie zu nennen, wir kommen nicht nochmal

Bij aankomst in het hotel konden wij niet meer in restaurant van het hotel eten. Naar zeggen van de dame bij de receptie was het vol geboekt. Wij moest maar in het centrum van het dorp iets gaan zoeken. De kamer rook erg muf, net alsof het tapijt nat was of was geweest. Ook zaten er op diverse plaatsen een soort chloorvlekken in het tapijt. In de avond wilden wij iets drinken in de bar van het hotel. Deze was in de lobby van het hotel!? Bijzonder, maar goed. Na hier een half uur te hebben gezeten en er nog niemand bij ons was geweest om te vragen wat wij wilden bestellen, ben ik het (volgeboekte) restaurant in gelopen op zoek naar iemand die ons van iets te drinken zou kunnen voorzien. Er waren wel vijf tafels bezet in het restaurant en de ober gaf duidelijk aan dat er te weinig personeel was en hij ons niet in de lobby van het hotel kon gaan bedienden. Uiteindelijk heeft hij ons wel geholpen, maar het ging allemaal niet vanzelf. Nu begrijp ik ook waarom wij niet als het zesde tafeltje in het restaurant terecht konden en ons heil maar elders moesten gaan zoeken. Onze conclusie: wij slaan dit hotel in het vervolg over!

Ich und meine Frau haben zu unserem Hochzeitstag einen Gutschein für eine Übernachtung im Allgäu Resort erhalten. Wir haben 2019 geheiratet und somit im 2019 den Gutschein erhalten. Dann kam Corona und wir konnten nicht vom erhaltenen Gutschein profitieren. Als wir in diesem Jahr eine Buchung auf den Gutschein machen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Gutschein leider verfallen war. Und aufgeund eines Besitzer/oder Pächterwechsels der nicht mehr eingelöst werden könnte. Dies nach 4 Jahren? Mit Corona dazwischen wo uns eine Anreise gar nicht möglich war… Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von der Haltung der Hotelleitung und dem Umgang mit potentieller Hotelgästen. S.&L.Erpf
