This was one of the best places I've stayed so far in Vietnam, albeit not perfect. Very clean, beautiful bungalows with comfortable beds and mosquito nets. Even a bathtub for cool, wet days. Beautiful setting. The service, breakfast and drinks were superb. The only downside was the food off the menu. A lot of it is deep-fried, including the "grilled" items. No authentic Vietnamese food. It's all watered down tourist food and not cheap. Except for maybe the Vietnamese family style dinner, but you can't order it for a single person. Unfortunately there are not many good restaurants in the area either, they all serve the same fare. This would make it hard to stay longer than a few days. The internet was quite slow at times. But all in all I had a fantastic stay.

If you are looking for a little paradise near Ninh BInh. This is the place to be. Everything is just perfect. The rooms, the swimmingpool, the food, the staff and the surroundings. All are great. The perfect experience. Better than some 5star hotels .

The homestay offers a lot of services (e.g. bike rent, motorboike rent, restaurant, transfer booking...). All the family is very nice and the structure is in the Heart of Ninh Binh nature. Rooms are clean and big. There are common space for rest and relax.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We didn’t try the pool but had a great time. The owners are lovely people, food is great at a good price with nice free breakfast and an amazing view. The room was wonderful as well. It’s a huge help that they take card without fee, offer free bikes and help you booking taxis to other parts of Vietnam too. Most relaxed I’ve felt in a while

This was easily the best place we’ve ever stayed! It is located in paradise, and the owners are the nicest people I’ve ever met. We arrived late at night and the owner asked us if we had dinner and despite the kitchen being closed, he made us some food. We had to check out early and the other owner made us some food to take with us! They even brought me the most delicious cake on my birthday. The beds were extremely comfortable, food was amazing, the atmosphere was great & we met lots of travellers at the pool table! The bathroom was super clean and the property has 3 super cute dogs to pat! We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here in a heartbeat again. Thank you so much!!

Amazing quiet location. We loved it here. Conveniently located in close proximity to many attractions. The host was exceptional. So helpful and kind. Helped with transportation and helpful with trip planning. If you want a beautiful spot in this area this is the place to go. We traveled with 3 children under 9 and it was perfect.

We stayed here two nights with our two boys 11 and 16 and had a fabulous time. The setting is beautiful and the service perfect. The owners are super nice, caring and accommodating. We felt at home and we got all the help we needed to make our stay perfect.
