"Upon arrival, the staff insisted that I paid for a twin bedroom, which is not correct as the amount reflected on the proof of payment corresponds a double bed room. I was then told that no double bed is available, after ten minutes it was suddenly available. It is disappointing that I had to verbally exchange with the staff so that I can get a room that I paid for. The staff attitude thereafter was also not nice, we stayed because we paid and there’s no refund policy but in all honest truth, the stay was unpleasant."

Staff are friendly and professional. Room cleanliness is good, as is Wi-Fi and working space. Outdoor areas near Union Buildings are perfect to relax, as is lobby bar. A la carte chicken supreme and salmon are super. Overall a great choice if you like grand interior design, friendly staff and proximity to Union Buildings"
