It was decent hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing dirty. Just dealing with the right price at the right place.

The amenities are not as good as another budget but still acceptable

Room is good and okay for the price. It is worth it if you look for low budget hotel

It's a comfortable single room, and there's a famous hot spring nearby. Breakfast is included.

I stayed here the night before going to work. It was a cold night, but the heating in the renovated room worked well, and once it was warm, I went to the bathroom. It only had a shower, but it was nicely renovated and easy to use. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, and although the free breakfast was only available until 8am, which was a little early, I was able to relax meaningfully by drinking coffee in my room and working on my computer until check-out time.

A complimentary bottle of water was provided. Other than that, the room was comfortable and I had no problems.

Clean and hygienic, good location, affordable, with breakfast, single room is big enough! The breakfast is delicious and the shower has hot water! You can store your luggage in advance before check-in!

Except that the location is a bit out of the way and you have to take two bus stops, everything else is pretty good.

It's very clean, the room is quiet, and there are many pubs around, making it suitable for business, travel, and rest.

We were given a free bottle of water at the reception, which was very helpful during the hot weather. A buffet breakfast was also included, with a wide variety of options.

I booked it because it was the cheapest around Tsukuba Station, and it was very good with a nice exterior and a tasteful interior. There are a lot of manga in the hall, so I think it's comfortable in that sense as well. The only thing that's a bit questionable is the location, which is far from the station and a little far from the bus stop. It's along a main road, so if you're driving it shouldn't be a problem. By the way, the nearest bus stop is in front of Hama Sushi on Google Maps, but in reality it's not there but in front of what looks like a game shop.

清潔で快適なホテルですが ビジネスで使うには不便。交通の便が悪い。 レンタカー利用すればこまわりが利いて、いいかも。 今回、私に関してはタクシー料金がかかり過ぎ、格安ホテルのメリットがなくなりました。
