"A false fire alarm went off on the 10th floor, so I had to go outside! I couldn't sleep that night. The room also had a foul smell that was very unpleasant, so I contacted the front desk, but they said it couldn't be fixed. They didn't offer any other services. The customer service attitude of the man in his 50s or 60s at the front desk was also terrible. I saw other guests complaining about the fire alarm, but he just smiled nonchalantly."

Since my check-out time was early, it would have been helpful if I could have used the parking lot in front of the building. Because it was so early in the morning, there was no shuttle service to the lower parking lot... However, aside from that, I was very satisfied and would like to return again."
