We stayed for two nights for the pool. Our 4-year-old child seemed to enjoy the pool, so he went to the pool two days in a row, sliding down the slide, and taking a break in the lazy river. It may depend on the plan, but it's a bit disappointing that even guests have to pay for the pool. The room was spacious and the view was nice.

After arriving, I went to the ”Toy Kingdom” next to it. There are very few people, and you can get on the bus without waiting 3 to 5 minutes. The tension of the children is MAX. Check in from 15:00, sweat in the bathtub, and then spend relaxing time in the room. Fortunately, the breakfast the next morning also has rich side dishes. I still want to go again.

Unfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.

We have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel.

A friend comes here to stay here for a few days every winter. The winter outdoor hot spring and snow scenery he sent me attracted me, and this year I finally got to stay for two nights. The overall value for money is good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is clean and tidy, and the hot spring pool is also tidy. The breakfast and dinner buffet dishes are quite rich. 山側の眺望のお部屋でしたが、開放感があり空も広くて良かったです。お部屋も広々していてソファもあり、キャリーを十分に広げられる広さです。何より、ユニットバスに入る段差が無し！これは珍しいと思いますし本当にありがたいです。個室のシャワーの水圧もいいし切り替えもできてとても良かったです。山の上のため行くまでの道が険しく、猿もいたので日が完全になくなるまでに急いで向かったため、町で夕飯を買うことができず、カップラーメンで過ごしました。21時までの売店にもう少し夜食のレパートリーがあれば嬉しかったです。
