We are an English Mum, Grandma & 6 year old. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a glorious time warp. The views are incredible overlooking the ocean from a cliff face. You can climb down to the rocks and feel like you’re the only person on the island. Tsushima doesn’t get many Western tourists so we were made to feel like celebrities! My daughter had the best time.

I was lucky to get a spacious room at a reasonable price. The ocean view was also very pleasant. I think it would be a bit difficult to get a room at a normal price.

It was nice that there was a ** town called Izuhara nearby. It was a 20-minute bus ride? I rented a car so it was a bit far from Hitakatsu Port. But when I went out and came back, they laid out a blanket for me and the hot springs were really nice. The streets were pretty and I thought it would have a lot of a Korean feel, but it wasn't that bad. I wanted to go to Japan cheaply after a long time so I went there and it had a lot of a Japanese feel and the food was okay. I recommend it.
