Great hotel and the staff were really friendly. Particularly Soni who was very accommodating for our needs and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh. The location is close to the bus stop so it was easy to get to after travelling. Would stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay! The room was super lovely and very very clean, beautiful bathroom and constant hot water which has not been the case in some more expensive hotels this trip. The service was beyond fantasti, offer free tea 24/7 and lovely breakfast. Sony, the hotel manager, went above and beyond, helping us arrange attraction tickets, washing done very quickly and not expensive, restaurant recommendations , and also booked our bus to Hanoi airport. Scooter rentals were convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city by scooter, Grab bikes, or taxis. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

It was the first hôtel in Vietnam we have been naturally warmly welcomed. And it has been well done ! Soni, the front of House manager is really smart and had really good recommendation. We love d to extend our stay but unfortnuately it was fully booked for the next night. Even, that was the first hotel where the human welcome has been a success. All the staff and Soni are helpfull and sincère. And I know what i’m saying, i’m an hospitality worker. Well located next to the bus station. By the way the room was really nice, breakfast also good !

We arrived early in the morning from Hanoi and our check in time is at 2pm. However Sonny the owner offered us to stay in our room 6 hours before our check in time!! He consider that we are tired and let us rest and have a nap. The hotel is very clean and I love the smell of their towels! But the most things that gave us the unforgettable experience is the smile on their faces. Thank you so much team Tropical paradise! We really appreciate your hospitality!!!

The hotel is super nice and new. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, and we felt very comfortable! The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious! The hotel seems to be very new. Everything is within walking distance. If we travel to Sapa again, we will definitely come back! :)

落ち着いて安心して過ごせます！
皆さん大変親切でおもてなしが最高でした。ガヤガヤしているエリアから少し離れた立地にあるので静かに過ごせます。客室も綺麗で内装も落ち着きました。1階のフロントとカフェの雰囲気も良くて、朝食はやさしい食事、ここのバナナは美味しかったです。1日だけ他のホテルよりも比べものにならないほど良かったです。またサパに来る時には絶対にここに泊まります。
