Didn’t get to see the scenery due to the fog but it is not the hotel’s fault. However, the cold wind was seeping through the balcony doors making the entire room super cold even with the air conditioning heating mode on.
The buffet breakfast was great, staff was helpful in terms of allowing early check in, and location wise it is just a short walk to Sun Plaza and nice restaurants in the area!
Would def come back when the weather is a lot better!

good hotel, but we booked room with view, but they allocate us lower floor, the view not stunning at all, hm. but the receptionist all very kind. would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice though very basic. We love the location as it is very near places to visit like the Sapa Station and the Sapa Lake. Both are “walkable” from the hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Not so good, not so bad. Overall, given the price, we think that this is a very good value for Money.

wonderful location! its a 5min walk to sapa station and a downhill road (30 mins) to cat cat village entrance! really worth it and there’s spectacular views. the jacuzzi has an extra fee but the view and vibes are wonderful. would definitely stay again. there’s also laundry right across the road and the street is lined with various restaurants/salons.

Staff are not that welcoming, maybe that is their nature. Its our first time in Vietnam so that is what I've observe. Staff did not help new guest to carry their luggages, you need to climb the stairs to reach their reception area.
They are not serving pre packed breakfast for early check out.
There is cockroach in our room.
Our toilet door lock is broken
Maindoor lock is outdated
Food selection during breakfast is ok
AC needs to replace for a new one. its not that cold
No complimentary coffee.
