The hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and accomadating. The food were great.

Can walking to Moana Sapa,Sun Plaza…Nice place

This hotel enjoys a convenient location, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, though average, and the kitchen appeared clean. However, I was disappointed to discover that the advertised sauna does not exist. This amenity was a primary factor in my decision to book this particular hotel, and its absence was quite misleading and a bit of a letdown.

A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

Very accomodating staff.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location , all staff so helpful and friendly , delicious breakfast every morning , eggs , pho , noodles, fruit , juice , coffee etc They will organise tours and bus tickets etc for you - met all our needs perfectly we would highly recommend This is our 3rd time visiting Sapa over 19 years and this hotel was excellent Thankyou

Ms. Trang was a really great host! My son was sick the 2nd day and she went beyond to provide information about clinics/pharmacies as well as related information needed even it’s late at night. She’s a great translator too! The hotel was in a good location and the staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Great views, breakfast, very polite staff who were always helpful, like calling a taxi, organizing treks and excursions, etc. 10/10 for value.

I always stay here every time I come to Sapa. They guarantee the best view of Fansipan. The new owner is also excellent.

The location is central, but because of that, it is noisy. The facilities are old and don't expect breakfast. There are better hotels nearby for this price.

The breakfast was rather meager (you can just eat out), but other than that, I was mostly satisfied. Since it was a plan costing around ¥2500, I felt like I got a great deal.

Fantastic experience. We booked our room on the same evening, as we were arriving around 1am on a sleeper bus from Ha Giang. The staff we very accommodating for this, and allowed us a late check in. The rooms were very nice, and comfy beds too, which we needed after spending 3 days on a motorbike riding the Ha Giang Loop. Close to all the local bars and restaurants too. Breakfast was good.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for the new year - a truly wonderful experience. The room is filled with unique and authentic elements of decor which is ideal for a calming, restful stay. It's absolutely lovely place for those who are seeking authentic experience. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!
