Friendly and helpful hotel staff to assist us when we faced some issue there. Just walk a minute reach the cable station (Sun Plaza), night market and Sapa presentation stage. If you like massage, just walk along the hotel, many massage shop can be selected. But, need bargain the service price. You may enjoy the delicious dish like salmon hotpot, pumpkin chicken soup restaurant just nearby the hotel. And, the hotel breakfast also variety of dish served.

My stay at BB Sapa Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a standard room, but it was off-season, so I was upgraded to a deluxe room. The lobby staff were really friendly and the room condition was the best because it was just around the corner!! Next time I come, I will pay more and make a reservation with a private house upstairs. When I eat breakfast, there seem to be a lot of Korean guests, but if you value the room condition, it seems to be the best choice.

We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at Quiet Sapa Hotel. We booked two superior quadruple rooms with balconies, and both were comfortable and well-maintained. We arrived quite late at night, around 11:00 PM, but the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They assisted us smoothly with the check-in process and even took the time to explain the room amenities in detail. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently greeted us warmly and asked how our day was going – it made us feel genuinely cared for. The checkout process was just as smooth, and the staff asked for feedback and made sure we had enjoyed our time there. We also learned that the hotel had just reopened a month ago, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. Thank you, Quiet Sapa Hotel, for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return!

Everything is in order and nothing to complaint about. It is in good location, close to bus station, market and Sun plaza station. I definitely book again in the future if i visit Sapa

It's a little hilly, but not too inconvenient. The city center is easily accessible on foot from the main street. The room interior and hotel facilities are of high quality. Breakfast was okay too. Next time I come to Sapa with my family, we will stay here. If you come alone, it might be cheaper. Well worth it

Lovely hotel, good location near central square, shops and restaurants. Aircon makes comfortable air, hot water is available, bed is good, there is a balcony.

Enthusiastic staff, good location near the square, stone church, night market, pearl lake and near restaurants with delicious food. Good hygiene service, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Vietnamese star car garage only takes 3 minutes. Is a hotel worth experiencing

The facility is old but well-maintained, and they were very kind to me. They upgraded me to a VIP room, so I was able to stay comfortably in a large space. Since it is a cheap price, you shouldn't expect quality breakfast and shower supplies. I didn't speak English well, but I was able to communicate without any problems using a translator app. The female staff was very kind. They kept my luggage after check-out, so I was able to tour the city comfortably.

Very comfortable stay located at a quiet area but very near to the town centre. Room is clean and shower has good water pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again!
