Впервые в этом отеле.Впечатления только положительные.Постельное бельё,полотенца белоснежные.В номере чисто,всё в хорошем состоянии.Холодильник,фен,эл.чайник,мыльные принадлежности,тапочки.Можно бесплатно посещать банный комплекс при отеле.Мы путешествуем на авто,здесь есть место для парковки.В шаговой доступности пляж,столовая,супермаркет.Очень приятные,вежливые девушки на ресепшене.

Это отель-ночлежка при общественной бане! При заселении нас не предупредили что спа комплекс это общественная баня Туапсе и жителям отеля не предоставляются шкафчик для хранения вещей в раздевалке. То есть мы должны были переодеться в номере и через весь отель идти раздетыми в банный комплекс. Сам номер с Сапдеповским ремонтом. Вид из окна на автомойку. Окно очень высоко расположено, что бы его открыть для проветривания необходимо встать на стульчик пои моем росте 167 см. Персонал не гостеприимный и на все вопросы отвечает: мне сейчас не до вас! Посмотрев на все это мы решили отказаться от номера и уехать от этого ужаса!
