Checked in this hotel in the evening and advised the front desk of personal issues such as stalking and harassment. Asked please don’t let anyone know that I’m staying here. As soon as I get up to the room someone to the left of me in the next room starts banging in the wall. When I laid down to try and sleep the whole bed started to shake. When I got on the elevator to go down and speak to the front desk. There was literally human feces in the elevator. The guy at the desk said he was told about it and Disney clean it up. It Was 2am in the morning. No one was in the lobby to stop him from cleaning it up. This a horrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE. Then I was moved to a room just below where all the issues happened meaning it persisted!!

In a word this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, soiled towels found in bathroom, most power outlets not working, bed linen questionable, I could go on. The hotel does not have a guest laundry, however, there was a laundromat nearby which I have to say was in worst state of disrepair than the hotel, people have tried to access the money slots on the machines. The Hotel advertised breakfast, but none was available and no food outlets nearby. Main Seattle attractions was a considerable distance away.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The linen was dirty. Carpets were filthy. There was an awful smell to the room. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work. The furniture was old. There were names carved into the top of the tables.

I don't even know how to begin. Foirst of all, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, The wndow looked out to a BARBED WIRE FENCE. The securty lock was broken. The shower rod was held on with duct tape. No covers on the electrical outlets. No lightbulb in the lamp. A/C unit was cracked. The bathroom light had NO flourescent rod in it - the janitor had to go find one (probably taken from another room) and install it. There was a drawing on the headboard of the bed. Something that looked like a porthole on a ship sealed with masking tape. We saw a spider, and while looing for something to kill it, it disappeared...

Service was bad. Staff couldn’t speak enough English. They don’t give you our own room key. Room smells and nothing works. They took money from my card a week later for nothing. BAD HOTEL OVERALL!!!!!
