We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views on a ranch that sleeps 10 ( 8 adults ; 2 single rollaway beds if needed for 2 kids )in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Lake Kaweah and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. Great grassy area with plenty of games; I Enjoy our farm with cows , goats, chickens and duck pond. Bocce Ball court added, Miniature golf, outside chess and checkers, outside barbecue; fun relaxing pool with diving board ( seasonal- May thru October ) .... fire pits great for family reunions, retreats .. just get out of the city ... and relax!!!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:8 Adults for regular beds- 2 rollaway beds for kids if needed.QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM - 8 AM
